November Club Sunday Policies and Procedures
1. Club Sundays will be split into 2 sessions: 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm
We will close for 1 hour between sessions to allow staff to properly clean and sanitize the property. Members are asked to arrive and enjoy the property during their reserved timeframe only. We will not be accommodating early arrivals and ask that you respect our request to close at the stated end time.
2. 2 Adults per Membership.
In order to facilitate as many members as possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests this month. Each session's attendance will be capped. We are more than happy to schedule a time on another day of the week to accommodate you and your guests. We can facilitate pick up requests 7 days a week.
3. Wine Service
Members will be provided one drink ticket per person to redeem for either a complimentary glass or a wine tasting. Additional by the glass/bottle purchases will be permitted. Hostesses will seat you for the tasting experience.
4. Food Service
A packaged snack will be provided. We will continue to allow outside food but kindly ask that cleanup/disposal of waste be handled by you, prior to exiting. Real glassware will be utilized, please return to designated receptacles when done.
5. Masks / Social Distancing / Table Placement
Masks are required until seated at a table. Social distancing practices have influenced furniture placement on the property. We ask that you please refrain from relocating tables and chairs at this time.
