With a pale straw color, this Sauvignon Blanc has a bouquet of delicate wildflowers with a hint of lemon rind. Flavors of ripe lemon and key lime dance on the palate followed by young apricot with a lemon grass finish. The whole experience is crisp and bright, just like a Texas spring morning. Pair with savory shrimp crepes, herb crusted rotisserie chicken, herb and parmesan potato slices, wild mushroom risotto, or butter shortbread cookies.
