Four varietals combine to create a treat for the senses. This wine starts with wonderful aromas of bright grapefruit, lemon grass, and spring meadow. It is medium bodied with flavors of star fruit and galia melon. A finish of vibrant citrus makes it the perfect sipper. Pairs well with parmesan crusted tilapia, pasta with white wine sauce, mussels with garlic butter, hearty chicken noodle soup, strawberry shortcake.
