Welcome to the Cellar! Here at 4.0 you’ll sample a variety of wines from our three family-owned wineries and learn about the Texas wine industry. Here are a few pointers to help you enjoy your experience with us:
  • Here at 4.0 we represent three different family-owned Texas Wineries. Our goal is to showcase our wines and teach our guests about the Texas Wine Industry. We are a tasting room not a “wine bar,” and ask that patrons be respectful of fellow guests and our staff by not being loud or disorderly. If anyone in a group is acting inappropriately the entire group will be asked to leave.

  • No outside alcohol can be consumed on property. Violators will be asked to leave the property and others in their group.

  • It is unlawful to serve or sell alcohol to an individual who is showing signs of intoxication. Additionally, by law, if one person is showing signs of intoxication, we are unable to pour for anyone else that is a part of the group. All staff are required to attend TABC certified seller/service class, and management will support any staff member who deems an individual to be an intoxicated person.

  • The legal drinking age in the state of Texas is 21 years old. Our policy is to ID anyone who looks to be under the age of 30, so please bring a valid ID. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol on our property.

  • By law only 4.0 staff can handle open bottles of wines at the tasting bars. Please do not reach for a bottle.

  • Our goal is to provide everyone with exceptional service and the best possible experience. Please be aware that on Saturdays and Holiday weekends the tasting room can be very crowded and you may be asked to wait for a place at the bar.

  • Groups of 7 or more require advanced reservations. Please reserve online to secure a reservation time. Reservations are only guaranteed for 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. Please plan accordingly.

  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. We are a family friendly location, but for everyone’s safety and enjoyment please monitor them closely.

  • Well-mannered dogs are welcome in our outdoor courtyard area, but they must be on a leash and supervised at all times. Dogs are not allowed in any locations providing food or wine service.

  • Smoking is restricted to the gravel courtyard area.

  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property.
